Assistance with Insurance:

Our practice accepts most insurance.  However, we recommend checking with your insurer and/or our staff to confirm this before your first appointment. 

The goal of our experienced staff is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.

Financial Assistance:

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

Our goal is to not let expense prevent you from benefiting from the care you need and deserve.  To facilitate this goal, we have several financial options available:

1. An accounting adjustment for services paid in full on treatment day.
   (5% for cash/check payment 2% for credit card payment)
2. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover.
3. We offer 0% financing and extended payment plans with CareCredit (pre-approval required).
